Upper West Regional Minister Dr Hafiz Bin Salih joined the Catholic faithfuls yesterday 6th August 2022 at St. Joseph’s Parish in Jirapa during the Priestly Ordination of Rev. Stephen Ngmenbelle Bakagra by His Eminence Richard Cardinal-Elect Kuuia Baawobr, Bishop of Wa Diocese. He was accompanied by Hon. Nicholas Soyiri (MCE, Jirapa), Hon. Jacob Dery (MCE, Lawra), Hon. Raymond Neru (MCE, Nandom), Hon. George Gerald Naluri (DCE, Lambussie) and other personalities.
