In a significant event held today, the Honorable Regional Minister, Hon. Charles Lwanga Puozuing Esq., ceremoniously inaugurated the construction of a 400-bed student hostel at Dr. Hilla Limann Technical University (DHLTU) in Wa. In his address, the Minister represented His Excellency, President John Darimani Mahama, highlighting the government’s unwavering commitment to enhancing educational infrastructure across the nation.
The new hostel facility is designed to address the long-standing accommodation challenges faced by students, offering a secure on-campus living environment that fosters academic success and personal growth. With the project slated for completion within 18 months, it is expected to accommodate a rising number of students, thereby improving living conditions and enhancing academic performance.
In his remarks, Hon. Puozuing extended his sincere gratitude to the various stakeholders involved, including the Ministry of Education, the University Management, and the Contractors, emphasizing the critical role of collaboration in the realization of such ambitious educational projects.
