The recent investiture ceremony of the new Vice Chancellor heralds a transformative journey for education in the Upper West Region. On December 13, 2025, the Upper West Region was abuzz with excitement as distinguished guests, faculty, staff, and our gallant graduating class gathered for the 7th Congregation and the investiture of the new Vice Chancellor of Dr. Hilla Limann Technical University (DHLTU), Prof. Hamidatu Darimani. Hon. Charles Lwanga Puozuing Esq., the Regional Minister, graced the occasion with a powerful speech that ignited hope and ambition among the attendees.
In his address, Hon. Puozuing emphasized the vital role of education in shaping the future of the region and the nation.
