The Upper West Regional Minister, Hon. Charles Lwanga Puozuing Esq., on Monday, 15th June, launched Dr. Hilla Limann Technical University’s 2026 SRC Week, commending the institution for a historic milestone: both its Vice Chancellor and SRC President are women.
He hailed this as a bold statement on the rise of female leadership in traditionally male-dominated spaces, charging the leaders to govern with vision, competence, and inclusiveness to inspire greater women’s participation nationwide.
The Minister also reaffirmed government’s commitment to technical education and youth empowerment, before launching the Ghana Red Cross Society Chapter, the SRC Enterprise, DHLTU’s new website, and its Debating Society.
