In a remarkable display of commitment towards fostering accountability and improving service delivery, the Upper West Regional Minister, Charles Lwanga Puozuing Esq., addressed distinguished attendees at the signing of the 2026 Performance Contract held on Thursday, February 5, 2026, at the Regional Coordinating Council (RCC) Conference. The event saw the participation of Metropolitan, Municipal, and District Chief Executives (MMDCEs), presiding members, as well as heads of various departments, all convening to mark a crucial milestone in the region\u2019s governance framework.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
