Commencing at the break of dawn, precisely at 8:00 am, the Minister embarked on a series of impactful meetings, marking the inauguration of a new chapter in the administration of the Upper West Region.<\/p>\n<p>Management Meeting (10:00 am): Delving into fruitful discussions with key management staff, the Minister set the stage for effective collaboration and teamwork, laying the groundwork
